EZ Order Processing Information

So you’ve finished the checkout and payment process and are wondering what happens next…

Step 1: Order Confirmations / Receipts

You will receive an order confirmation/receipt for your purchase from EZPRIVACY. If you paid by PayPal, you may receive an additional receipt from them. If you did not receive a receipt, check your spam mailbox or call/email EZPrivacy to check the status of your order.

Step 2: Order Processing Times

We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If your order is received on a business day before 12:00 p.m. PST, the order begins processing that day. Orders received after 12:00 p.m. PST begin processing on the next business day. It is our goal to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Cancellation Notice…

We understand that sometimes you just change your mind. However, once an order begins processing for shipment, it cannot be cancelled. It will have to be handled as per our Return Policy

What does EZPRIVACY use your information for?

Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:

How do we protect your information?

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you submit a request, place an order or access your personal information.

These security measures include: password protected directories and databases to safeguard your information, SSL (Secure Sockets Layered) technology to ensure that your information is fully encrypted and sent across the Internet securely or PCI Scanning to actively protect our servers from hackers and other vulnerabilities.

We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.

After a transaction, your private information (such as credit card info) will not be stored on our servers.

Do we disclose any information to outside parties?

EZPRIVACY carries products imported by a US based distributor who creates jobs across America.


EZ 30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30 DAY RETURN POLICY to give customers ample time to evaluate and return product. We will refund the amount you paid for your product, less a 25% restocking fee.  Please be aware of the following details about returns as they must be applied consistently to all customers:

  • A Return Authorization form is REQUIRED for all returns.

EZPRIVACY will not be responsible for tracking or refunding products returned without the appropriate return authorization form.  This means we will not be forced to accept return merchandise outside of the store policy.

  • All return requests must be in writing by email
  • Returns must be received within 30 Days of Delivery, the date the carrier delivered the item(s).
  • You are responsible for the cost of shipping
  • Returned items must be in new condition, unassembled, and in their original manufacturer packaging.
  • Refunds are made to the original payment source once returned item(s) are received and inspected, 1 to 2 weeks.

If Your Shipment is Damaged or Incorrect

If you receive a damaged product or incorrect item in your order, please notify us within 7 days or sooner by calling 1-888-568-1388 and leaving us a detailed message, including the best way to reach you or sending an email to with your order # in the subject line. We will work quickly to remedy the situation at no cost to you. We have a limited amount of time to notify freight and shipping services of items damaged in transit.  We must be notified within seven (7) days of carrier delivery of product.


EZ Manufacturer’s Warranty

All parts have a 30 day warranty against manufacturers defect. Any item that has a manufacturer defect will be exchanged at no charge


EZ Sales Tax

EZPRIVACY, only charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this website and delivered within the State of California. Sales tax is calculated based on the applicable California State and Local Sales Tax Rates.


EZ Shipping & Delivery

Continental U.S.A.

All orders within the continental USA will receive FREE Shipping of the EZPRIVACY Bed Curtain System.  Hawaii and Alaska will have shipping fees.

Campus Direct Delivery

Just provide your personal package delivery “ship to” address provided by your college or university mail center. We are unable to guarantee exact delivery dates with USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, or FedEx Ground. Remember to check with your school housing office regarding if, when, and where packages may be delivered to your campus.


EZ Company Hours

We are an online store so you can shop anytime. Customer satisfaction is important to us and we know getting your EZPRIVACY curtain is important to you. That’s why we’ve implemented several methods to reach EZPRIVACY.

  • You can track the status of your order, request a Return Authorization Form, or use the message center to send messages to and retrieve messages from EZPRIVACY.  EZPRIVACY will get back to you within 24 business hours.
  • You can call us Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST.  You may be asked to leave a detailed message. Rest assured we will get back to you within 24 business hours, giving you our full attention as well, OR you may use our contact us form 24/7.

Regardless of the method you choose, you will receive the same personalized attention. Remember to provide as much detail as possible such as your order number, the email address used to place your order, the nature of your request, and the best way to reach you.
